DO YOU SUPPLY THE ALCOHOL?We are not legally able to sell you alcohol. We will work closely with you to put together the perfect menu, then create an order sheet of all the items that you will need to purchase. From there you can choose your own vendor to make your purchae. Either way, you're only paying retail for all alcohol with no additional markup. You also get to keep (or have us return) whatever is left over!

CAN YOU HOST A CASH BAR?No. Unfortunately, as we do not have a liquor license, we can not collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY?We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable as we do hold your date, not allowing for others to book that day. Cancellations made within 60 days of your event are eligible for a partial refund if paid in full already.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WILL YOU TRAVEL?We are located in Snohomish. Travel within King & Snohomish County is included in our base package pricing but we are always up for a road trip! If you'd like My Little Dahlia to join you where your event is located, contact us so we can discuss the details.

DO YOU HAVE A RAIN DATE POLICY?Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BAR?Our camper bar is a petite 13.5 feet long. We will need flat ground about 10' wide x 14' long x 10 feet high for set-up and service, clear access for set-up and break down, and two standard outlets. If your event is located somewhere without electricity, we can add a generator to your package.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?The sooner the better! Dates during peak season book up well in advance, but cancellations are possible, so it's always worth reaching out to see what we have available.
