DO YOU SUPPLY THE ALCOHOL?


We are not legally able to sell you alcohol. We will work closely with you to put together the perfect menu, then create an order sheet of all the items that you will need to purchase. From there you can choose your own vendor to make your purchae. Either way, you're only paying retail for all alcohol with no additional markup. You also get to keep (or have us return) whatever is left over!




CAN YOU HOST A CASH BAR?


No. Unfortunately, as we do not have a liquor license, we can not collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages.




WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WILL YOU TRAVEL?


We are located on Vashon Island. Travel within King & Pierce county is included in our base package pricing but we are always up for a road trip! If you'd like My Little Dahlia to join you where your event is located, contact us so we can discuss the details.




CAN YOU SERVE COFFEE/TEA?


Yes! We love cocktails but we love coffee (and tea) just as much. We serve locally roasted coffee, espresso, delicious hot chocolate, and locally sourced tea. And we would love to follow up your cocktail hour with a coffee hour! This is a great option for dry brunch events, baby showers and coffee/dessert functions. Ask about our coffee packages when you book!




WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY?


We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. You'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of your event will not be refunded. The remaining payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.




WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BAR?


Our camper bar is a petite 13.5 feet long. We will need flat ground about 10' wide x 14' long x 10 feet high for set-up and service, clear access for set-up and break down, and two standard outlets. If your event is located somewhere without electricity, we can add a generator to your package.




DO YOU HAVE A RAIN DATE POLICY?


Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.




HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?


The sooner the better! Dates during peak season book up well in advance, but cancellations are possible, so it's always worth reaching out to see what we have available.
